Carly J. Cais has 20+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, visual design, sales and marketing operations, CRM, data analytics, and automation technology. Her expertise with small-to mid-sized companies is in delivering solutions designed to scale the underlying business.
Both saw early to mid-stage companies struggling as they grew from startup to scaleup.
After years of consulting separately, Carly and Kathy teamed up, proving out the ElleSpark model in a number of different organizations. ElleSpark now provides solutions for companies as they navigate the transition as growth organizations.
