The history of ElleSpark

With a 25+ year career in sales and revenue-focused organizational leadership, serving clients, investors, and shareholders, Kathy Hughes focuses on scaling sales. Working with the Fortune 50, enterprise, and startups, she has addressed deficiencies and created executable strategies.

Carly J. Cais has 20+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, visual design, sales and marketing operations, CRM, data analytics, and automation technology. Her expertise with small-to mid-sized companies is in delivering solutions designed to scale the underlying business.

Both saw early to mid-stage companies struggling as they grew from startup to scaleup.

After years of consulting separately, Carly and Kathy teamed up, proving out the ElleSpark model in a number of different organizations. ElleSpark now  provides solutions for companies as they navigate the transition as growth organizations.
